NOOB ESPORTS STAFF - MEET THE TEAM!

As Noob Esports grows as an organisation, so does the team that keeps everything running. 

Noob Esports is run by volunteers who love what they do. From social media, content creation, team management, brand partnerships, tournaments and events, the team ensures everything runs smoothly, behind the scenes and in the spotlight. 

Noob Esports now has several roles for our volunteers, community coordinators, esports managers, social and content, as well as our dedicated CEO who runs and maintains Noob. Noob Esports is a grassroots organisation that has grown over the last year to what it is today, with dedicated social pages, a website, discord servers, and Valorant competitive teams. 

Our staff has grown to reflect the growth of Noob, and to keep everything running smoothly. With our CEO LittlePalindrome, DolaCross, our esports manager, aSortedPoroise, our brand partnership manager, StrawberryQuartz and Blossom, our social and content team, and Casual Avocado and KevvyC, our community coordinators.

LittlePalindrome is the CEO of Noob Esports and the driving force behind the organisation's success. Pali runs the team, giving them freedom in their roles, support with their work, and advice when asked. With the CEO role, Pali coordinates events, unites communities, and fosters an inclusive and supportive environment. Pali has a deep belief in the potential of others, and is passionate about creating opportunities for players and volunteers alike to shine. Pali puts high energy into everything she does, and strives for the best for her teams. 

DolaCross is our Esports Manager, working closely with our Game Changers and competitive team. Dola brings extensive experience as a team manager, having worked with Valorant Game Changers OCE, Valorant Challengers OCE, Valorant Game Changers NA, Valorant NA, and Valorant EU. Dola is passionate about building the OCE Game Changers scene, to expand and develop the already building community. Dola is known for always putting her players first, providing them support, investing in them, and ensuring preparation. Her caring nature and unwavering positivity make her a vital force within the community, fostering growth and creating a lasting impact. 

aSortedPorpoise is our brands partnership manager and stepping into the Esports scene for the first time. A lifelong fanatic of traditional sports and esports, he brings a deep appreciation for all things competition and strategy. His drive allows him to work with the team to develop and invest in building Noob into the best org it can be.  His enthusiasm for tactical shooters, with a special focus on Valorant, fuels his drive in this new role. With great communication skills and a passion to uplift and create greatness, he is excited to build strong, creative brand partnerships that support Noob Esports growth and vision. 

StrawberryQuartz is our social media and content manager. Quartz has a background rooted in content creation and social media. She brings high energy, creativity, and a bright fresh perspective to Noob Esports. They’re passionate about turning everyday moments into unforgettable content. Ensuring every post, video, photo, and live tells a story. In this role, Quartz focuses on crafting interactive experiences that spotlight the talent, personality and individuality of the players under the org. By blending entertainment with authenticity, Quartz aims to redefine how OCE esports organizations connect with their audience, one post at a time.

Blossom is our social media and content support. She brings a bright personality and great media content to her role. With well developed skills in content creation, media, journalism and editing, she brings her best ideas and big heart to every operation. Blossom has a background in gaming, content creation, a striving writer and hardstuck gamer. Blossom aims to bring new sparks of creativity and to bring new life to how Noob communicates. She is passionate, supportive and devoted to every role and opportunity presented. 

Casual Avocado is one of our community coordinators. Avo brings a great personality to the team, supporting all of our teams in several areas. Avo has great content creation ideas, supports our Esports teams, and helps to create and organise events. Avo is our resident lurker, helping behind the scenes whether it’s to ensure things are done on time, or to provide extra hands in any circumstance. 

KevvyC is one of our community coordinators with a focus on content creators. Kevvy is well developed in the content creation OCE scenes, as a well known streamer and beloved friend. Kevvy brings a bright and bubbly personality, with great enthusiasm and positivity to everything he does. As someone with extensive knowledge of the content world, he brings great experience and mentorship to Noob. Kevvy offers support to the team, and works closely with many of our team to bring new life to Noob and its content creators. 

Noob Esports strives to bring greatness to all its pursuits, and with this amazing team of volunteers, anything is possible. Noob Esports continues to grow, as a team and an organisation, with more investment in our competitive teams, our social media, content creators, and with the events we offer. 

Noob will continue to grow and offer opportunities. We thank everyone who has been a part of our journey so far, and we cannot wait to see what the team does with the rest of 2025.
