About Noob
Noob Esports is a proudly community led esports organization rooted in Oceania (OCE), built with a focus on inclusion, passion, and professionalism. Founded by our CEO, LittlePalindrome, the organization began as a solo initiative aimed at improving the quality and consistency of grassroots gaming events in the region.
What started as one person hosting small scale community competitions quickly grew into something far more impactful. Through hard work, trust, and genuine community connection, Noob Esports developed into a space where gamers of all levels, from casual to rising competitors, could come together, feel supported, and enjoy esports the way it was meant to be; exciting, competitive, and fun.
Over time, we’ve built a name for ourselves in the OCE esports scene by staying true to that mission. We’re not just about brackets and broadcasts, we’re about the people behind the usernames. Our events are designed with care, our content is driven by passion, and our community is built to last.
What We Do
At its core, Noob Esports exists to provide opportunities and platforms for gamers who often get overlooked. We run a variety of events, from casual community nights to organized, skill-based tournaments that spotlight talent across the region.
Our Discord server is the heartbeat of the community: a space where players connect, compete, and share a love for games. On Twitch, we bring those events to life with live broadcasts that focus on visibility, hype, and community engagement.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to expand our support for up-and-coming streamers and content creators in the OCE space. Our goal is to create meaningful opportunities for creators to collaborate, grow their presence, and become part of something bigger. Whether it's casting events, sharing their stories, or working on content-driven campaigns, we’re laying the groundwork now to make sure creators feel seen, valued, and empowered within our ecosystem.
Our Teams
Noob Esports is proud to support two competitive Valorant teams that reflect our values both in and out of game.
Our Challangers team is an all male roster competing at a high level in the Valorant OCE Challangers circuit. This team brings together sharp aim, strategic depth, and a relentless drive to win, representing the Noob Esports bran with pride, professionalism, and grit.
Alongside them, we champion our Game Changers team, a diverse and inclusive roster made up of women and marginalized gender identities competing in Riot’s official Game Changers circuit. This team is more than just a competitive force, they’re a statement about what the future of esports can and should look like: skilled, inclusive, and unapologetically authentic.
Both teams reflect the values at the core of Noob Esports, competitive integrity, team culture, and a commitment to shaping a better, more welcoming esports scene for everyone.

Our mission is to create an esports environment that is welcoming, competitive and inclusive. We’re here to challenge the norms of traditional esports spaces by fostering a culture where everyone, no matter the skill level or background, feels seen, supported, and respected.
We believe that great communities build great players. By investing in our people, staying true to our values, and staying hands on with every part of what we do, we aim to not just host tournaments, but to shape the future of esports in Oceania.
